Single Handed are on a mission to make life easier for everyone. With clever design, unique products and YOU at the forefront of our mind with every product.
How long has the company been going for?
Single handed launched its first product in early 2020, the Tipsi Tray, after about 12 months of design work and planning.

Where is Single Handed Based?
Single Handed was founded by Robert Simpson who lives in the UK. The business for the moment is solely online.
Why are some of the prices on the website a little unusual?
We use an auto currency updater on the site to give a live price based on the conversion rate in your country. So sometimes the numbers look a little odd, thats all.

Our distributor in the US is based in California.

PACKAGING
Is your packaging recyclable?
Absolutely, all of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable cardboard. We try to use as little plastic as possible too. A lot of thought and time has gone in to our packaging to minimise damage both to the products in transit and to the environment. Go Greta!
DELIVERY
I’ve placed my order. Woo hoo! But how long does delivery take?
Amazon are the experts in shipping and no order should take longer than 3-5 days for domestic order. International orders can take 7-14 days.
Which couriers do you use?

Do you ship to my country?
If you go ahead and fill out your details at checkout, if eligible you will be able to checkout. Amazon are always adding to the list of countries they can fulfill orders to.
Can it be delivered earlier?
Amazon have standard delivery options and as such are unable to offer faster shipping. They are extremely quick though.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept and major debit or credit card as well as PayPal.
I am looking for a refund. How do I go about this?
We'll give you a full refund as long as:
It's been less than 28 days since you received your item
You haven't damaged it
It's in resalable condition e.g. tags still attached, packaging is unopened, item has not been stained or marked.
You have proof of purchase, such as your receipt, e-receipt, delivery note, or your order confirmation email.
You have the card you paid with.
Your item is included in our returns policy.
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are damaged or aren't returned in a saleable condition.

Is there a warranty on products purchased from Single Handed?
Single Handed are very proud to offer a limited 2 year warranty on all of our products. They are made to last a lifetime with good design and rigorous testing.

I want to see your products in person. Do you sell in shops as well as online?
For the moment we are an online only retailer but plan to be stocked in major retailers soon.
